Initial contact with client finding out what they are trying to achieve and get to know one another
discovery of existing site plans in owners possession or if we need to dig deeper in locating an existing or building a new site plan
a deeper dive into what the client is ‘allowed’ to do by checking local zoning and understanding site allowances and limitations
Get to know the clients lifestyle and requirements to bring together the project in a functional manner
Once design has been approved by client do the final draft documentation so the construction process can run smoothly and meets the clients expectations
Procure all the necessary permits and clearances to enable the construction to commence.

We have had the pleasure of working with Andrew on three seperate projects for our home. These included: finishing our basement (including full washroom, bedroom, kitchen, wine cellar, and entertainment area); replacing all our windows and front door; and, a major second floor renovation (including upstairs laundry room, new storage areas and custom cabinetry, master ensuite and guest bathroom).
